Comfortable beds, good breakfast. Appreciated that there was Dunkin' with short-orders right at the venue, super convenient. We will be back without a doubt.

The breakfast was complimentary, and the staff was friendly and helpful, so we look forward to returning if we are ever in the area again.

check-in went smoothly. staff was really nice. our room on the fourth floor was okay and tidy. it was only for one night. we'd have to redecorate the place.
elevator was broken and cleanliness in the stairwell could have been better. it looked more like there was a renovation going on.

Nothing!!
First room, the bathroom was disgusting!!!! Obviously, was not cleaned. Or the staff didn't want to clean it. There were bloody dirty women's underwear left on the floor. Asked for another room, and it had finger nail clipping on the carpet. Place was awful!!!!

We came a day late due to an unfortunate incident on the way up and the staff was more than helpful. They even gave us a discount which was extremely nice.
The breakfast was Alittle lacking but, it was right next door to a Denny's so.. Couldn't complain. I dislike all the negative reviews because THIS IS A BUDGET HOTEL. If people want to complain about the lack of amenities spend the extra money. This hotel served us fine.

Dirty towels, cobweb on walls and a pull out bed that blocked the room exit (had to climb over pulled out bed to get out of room). TV was spotty.

The fact that the staff was able to put us in much better room the second night of our stay.
There were so many issues, where do I begin?! The fact that there was missing base trim on one wall in the bathroom and where it should have been was black mold. The carpet smelled of urine, the curtains were missing the light blocking backing so the light from the parking lot shined through. The bed was so hard and squeaked every time you turned over or even moved. There was only one face cloth for a room reserved for two people. Kind of weird, were we supposed to share the one face cloth? And the biggest issue was that we were the last room on the bottom floor next to an exit door that was broken and every time someone opened the door to come in or go out it would slam so hard and extremely loud due to it being a heavy duty exit fire door, that we could not sleep at all. I slept maybe one and a half hours that night. That door was being used until about 2:30 am and then again by 4:30 am. That door and the ice machine being used at all hours of the night and by 4:30 am right outside our door made for the worst nights stay that I have ever had, EVER! The lady at the front desk knew about the door right away and said to me " yes, that door is very loud and has been broken for awhile". I would also like to state that this room should never have been booked, it was horrible and it looked totally different than the room they moved us to the next night of our stay. Why was this room booked through you so different than the other rooms? The second room had no urine smell, it looked remodeled, comfortable bed with no squeak, all the trim on the walls with no mold, curtains that were in much better shape and blocked the light out. Very disappointed as we still paid quite a bit of money and should have had a better room right from the start seeing as they were not all bad rooms.

Not much
No one behind the desk at night. Breakfast was empty the first day. No coffee the second day. Lady behind the desk was trying to check people out and fill the breakfast bar. Total Disaster. Would not stay here again.

the eggs were being prepared in the laundry room and carried through the lobby to the dinning room
I made reservation 7 months ago for a double room(which I showed them at the service desk )because they were sold out I got room 103 which has one small bed. my husband is a large man, they offered a cot but then did not have any.I left a note for a manager to contact me and never got a response.

We were placed in a room that was unusually tiny, it had a double, not queen bed, no comforter, just a blanket with a noticeable (burn) mark, there were no available electrical outlets and the air conditioner didn't work... after 15 min of trying to cool down an 85 degree room, I requested an alternate, which was much improved and our visit was comfortable. We called this the joke room.

The staff was very nice. They went out of their way to try and assist however, many of the staff members were brand new and learning the job themselves.
The food was base however, because this hotel uses such small crock pot type dishes to hold the hot items three people in a row would wipe out what was available. I ate toast. As the rooms were emptied the cleaning staff would place sheets and towel on the hallway floors, and they remained there for quite some time. The greatest disappointment was our room. Immediately upon entering the room we were hit with the smell over urine. I can only assume a guest had a pet. In addition to that our smoke alarm had been wrapped in a plastic bag. Ironically another guest came down to report the same thing while I was at the desk. The room stunk of cigarette smoke. We ended up going to the local store and drowning the room in Fabreeze so we could actually sleep. No other rooms were available. The front desk was very apologetic, even came to the room to confirm our issues. A full refund was issued which I appreciated. This hotel is dated, needs a few upgrades and greater control on the policies in place. Cleaning staff should alert Management when the rooms clearly stink, and the Management should have a clear sign posted that anyone who makes the room uninhabitable for other guests will be charged the cost of steam cleaning and the revenue lost by the hotel while making such improvements. Many compliments to the front desk staff for taking on complaints, never losing their cool, and striving to save the reputation of the hotel and the franchise name.
